Mcgrath Cup
Success For Cork. Last Sunday was a very special day for the club as our very own Ray
Carey Captained the Cork senior footballers to Mcgrath cup success over Tipperary in what were very tough conditions in Clonmel.
Cork won on a score line of Cork 0-13 Tipperary 0-6. Well Done to all involved and hopefully it will be the first title of
many to return to lee side this year.
Glenville Tournament: Our U21 footballers bowed out of the Glenville Tournament last Sunday to Millstreet on a score of Clyda Rovers 1-7
Millstreet 1-8.
Club
Lotto: The draw for the club lotto was
held last Friday night in O Mahoney's Bar. The numbers drawn on the night were 3 5 16 and 30. There was no jackpot winner
so the jackpot remains at E12,500. The lucky dip winners on the night were E50 Tadgh O Mullane Island, E30 Trish Murphy C/O
Derr Murphy, and the three winners of E20 each were Jack And Elly Duggan Dromone, Connie Fiyzpatrick Fiddane, Mallow and brianna
Lyons Knockbrack. The next draw takes place Friday the 3rd of Febuarary in Derry Murphy's Bar .Thank you for your continued
support.
The club would like to wish Christopher Buckley a very speedy recovery from his knee
operation and look forward to seen Chris in the black and amber jersey again very soon.
